In a letter stating the need for regular supporters of the Orthodox Christian Network, Fr. Christopher Metropulos mentions some of the new and upcoming activities at the OCN:
Summer is an amazing time of rebirth and rejuvenation for everyone, but especially for Orthodox Christians. During this season, we celebrate Christ's Ascension, the Feast days of many important Saints, as well as the Apostles’ and Dormition Fasts. What do all of these things have in common? All commemorate the Church's mission and efforts to continue spreading the saving Word of Christ after His departure from this world. At OCN, that's exactly the mission that we continue.
